  • One would feel that whether or not a farm is “great” should be based on production and efficient management rather than just the number or immensity of its various machines. How many does it employ, at what wage, and how are workers’ security provided? Of course, content is the prerogative of the owners, but a suggestion or two might enhance the presentation for a good number of subscribers.

And then one thing I want to share with you... I always think what an awesome relationship the three of you have if it is half as cool as you are onscreen, you are all blessed. Working with family can sometimes be a challenge, but the three of you all get along so well. And finally, Bob and Cody.... Awesome buddies - Man's best friend! You guys are the balls! God Bless the Welker family farm!

  • IT'S ALL IN YOUR HANDS. I say this as a devotional daily. I help hundreds of people a year, with different projects, plus family farm at night. It's long days, as we all know. It's laborious days as we know. But take this as your sign, reminder, or even the sowing of a future seed. Rebuke that anxiety of mistakes. Remember who's making every plant everywhere, grow. 😉 He's watching. The man up there is giving us choices numerous times... momentarily, daily, weekly, ECT,...but remember, IT'S ALL IN YOUR HANDS! Enjoy this bumper Welkers, and may we all come into agreement, 🙏 to enjoy it. 😉🇺🇸🐮❤️💪

  • I notice tons of jump cuts during the monologues lately?.? Is this purposeful/functional editing? In other words, are you editing out ramblings or mis-speaks (for lack of a better term) to make more succinct monologues? Or are the numerous jump cuts an efforts to creatively stylize the editing? If it’s the latter, it’s my opinion that prolific jump cutting is distracting and in this case, actually harms the flow and narrative... Jump cutting is tricky business and even Hollywood gets it wrong a lot... Just wondering...
